Now I’m no expert on the whole Paul the Octopus predicts the winner of World Cup matches phenomenon, but I am more than a bit skeptical on psychic phenomena in general. If Spain are going to win the World Cup, and I have every reason to believe that they being the best international squad in the world right now they have every right to take the mantle before the World Cup final match on Sunday, they will do so because of their quality as a footballing team and not their association to a spineless cephalopod. Don’t these series of pictures make it look like whole phenomena is a big ruse? He always picks the box on the right.
